Missed my deadline of finishing this yesterday >_< (My goal is to keep uploading art once a day, so I don't get lazy) Not happy with the background on this one. Note to self: learn how to do buildings better.

Chuchu is a character from Catnapped (Neko no Kuni Baniparu Uitto in Japan). That movie had some interesting character designs.
